– 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
– 4 oz unsalted butter, room temperature
– 3 cups powdered sugar
– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
